My test score won’t update

  1. Open the course.
  2. Make sure the learner homepage (i.e. the browser window with the course list, etc) remains open at all times.
  3. Complete the test. (Go straight to the test in the left-hand course menu if you don`t want to review the course.)
  4. After the test, click finishDemonstration image of where to click finish

  6. Go to the my courses menu and check your test score is correct. Check your score before you log out.Demonstration image of My courses
